All disputes are governed by Florida law and subject to binding arbitration in Collier County, Florida, under the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with an anti-SLAPP carve-out for expressive protections.
All materials published on WhyTheseMatter.com — including text, graphics, design, data, multimedia, and trademarks — are the property of FIDA Design Inc. or its licensed contributors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Contributors who submit work to WTM Media grant a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license for publication, adaptation, and archival purposes in all media, existing or future. Attribution may be by name, pseudonym, or anonymously, at WTM Media’s discretion.
You agree to use WTM Media platforms only for lawful, non-commercial purposes and to refrain from:
WTM Media reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content or users that violate these Terms.
Contributors and volunteers operate as independent participants — not employees or contractors.

All volunteer and contributor participation is governed by the Contributor & Volunteer Agreement v3.0 and the Volunteer Contributor Charter v3.0.
